Wes is a playable character in the game Don't Starve. Wes is by far the weakest of the characters. His stats are the lowest and he doesn't talk at all to give you feedback (which makes it important to know your other audio cues). He does only 3/4 of normal damage and his hunger drains 25% faster than other characters. Because of all this, he is considered a "Hard Mode" character for veterans of the game.

The only true bonus that Wes has is that he has an unlimited number of balloons in his pocket which can be crafted into balloon animals. This MAY be used to distract attacking creatures but it does not always work.
