Lamar Davis is Franklin's best friend in Grand Theft Auto V, as well as an important character to the game's overall plot. Part of the Families street gang, he is acknowledged as being a drug dealer by Franklin until he becomes a repo man working for Simon Yetarian's dealership. Lamar is also seen introducing the player to the game's world in the beginning of Grand Theft Auto Online.
