Walter is a character from Shin Megami Tensei IV.
He volunteered to become a member of the Samurai, which are a group designated to exterminate demons, since he didn't want to succeed in taking control of his family's farm. He came from the Casualties, which are the farmers and traders in the game's world. Because of this, he feels sorry for those who are looked down upon by the Luxuries, the high ranking members of society. He is passionate and carefree, although he has some bad manners at times.
