Gulliver is a character from the Animal Crossing series of games.
He usually appears as either a sailor (Animal Forest, Animal Crossing and New Leaf) or as an astronaut (Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk), usually in distress and in need of help from the player. He usually gives the player some simple quest to fulfill and your reward is a rare item that you can only get from him.
