Phineas is a character that appears in the Animal Crossing series of games.
His first appearance was in Animal Crossing: City Folk, where he gave the player items for no reason other than because he could; these items are one-of-a-kind, as they cannot be gotten elsewhere. In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, he is a scout master and he will give the player badges for doing in-game achievements.
