Eric Bane is the main protagonist of Dark.
One day, he woke up in a place called Sanctuary and found out he was a vampire. However, he has amnesia, so not only doesn't he know what happened, but he has no clue as to the life he lived before becoming one. The big problem is that he is not complete, as he needs to drink the blood of his creator in order to become a full vampire, so he must hurry and do that before he becomes a ghoul.
