Frelia is the administrator of the second tower of Ar tonelico in Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica. Grand Bell declared a war on the Frelia, since she forbade the creation of Metafalica despite the lack of land that caused the suffering of Metafalssians, but it is discovered that the current Goddess is in fact a fake. After awakening from 700 years of sleep, she accompanies Croix Bartel in defeating the false Goddess and creating Metafalica.
