Antasma is one of the main antagonists in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. He was a normal bat on Pi'illo Island until he fed off a nightmare and transformed into the Bat King. As the Bat King, he stole the Dark Stone to fulfill his own dark ambitions, but was stopped by the Zeekeeper and Pi'illos, who imprisoned him in the Dreamworld. His last action before being imprisoned was to break the Dark Stone into pieces and scatter them across Pi'illo Island, turning all of the Pi'illos into stone.
