Kylie Koopa is a character from the Mario & Luigi series of games, appearing in both Partners in Time and Dream Team. In Partners in Time, she is a news reporter that ends up causing some trouble for the brothers, although she does end up saving them at one point. However, she doesn't seem to recognize them in Dream Team, where she now writes tourist guides on Pi'illo Island.
