Mondo Zappa is the main protagonist of Killer is Dead. He is 35 years old and works as an Executioner for the Bryan Execution Firm, where he tracks down and kills dangerous criminals and assassins. He uses a katana named Gekkou as his primary weapon, but also had his left arm replaced with a cybernetic version that can transform into various weapons. His favorite food is a half-boiled egg.
