Dr. Shoals is one of the 13 playable characters in DiveKick. She is a podiatrist who researches a foot disease called Ped Urino. She eventually contracts the disease and must wear a mask because of it. In order to find a cure, she enters the divekicking tournament. Dr. Victoria Shoals is a parody of Doctor Doom from Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.
