Arpeggio is the leader of the Klaww Gang in Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
He is the chief machinist of the group and his desire is to use the Clockwerk parts to become immortal. Arpeggio attended a prestigious boarding school, where he was at the top of his class. However, he was unhappy because everyone around him grew bigger while he, himself, stayed the same size. His inability to fly led him to study the artists of the Renaissance, which made him turn to machines.
