Richter is the main Antagonist of Dawn of th new world though he doesn't start off as such. Richter is show to be very cold and critical to Emil because of his obvious weakess at the start of the story. Richter Dual wields weapons named Sol and Mani, he is adept at both physical attacks and magical spells.
