T-Bone Mendez is a character from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is the leader of the San Fierro Rifa, and eventually joined the Loco Syndicate, becoming the muscle of the group due to his large size. Mendez has a tough time trusting anyone, which is seen when Carl Johnson is helping the Syndicate. He is killed during the Pier 69 mission, where he is shotby both CJ and Cesar Vialpando.
