Samir Duran is a character in the StarCraft universe. He is extremly intelligent and has great knowledge of both the Protoss and Zerg. Once a lieutenant, he forms a small team to fight Arcturus Mengsk. He starts engineering the Hybrid, a fusion between the protoss and the zerg and later gets known as Dr.Emil Narud.
