Jingle is a character from the Animal Crossing series of games.
He is a special character that only appears once a year on Christmas Eve, usually to give the player an item from the Jingle Series of items. He has made appearances in all of the games, except for Animal Crossing: Wild World. In New Leaf, he has you giving out presents to villagers while dressed as Santa.
