Chelea Torn is a minor character who is also playable in Tales of Destiny. She has a lot of admiration for Garr because of his archery skills. In the beginning of the story, Stahn and Garr search for Chelsea in the woods near her grandfather's place. They find her crying under a tree, and she joins the party until they return to the cabin. She later rejoins the party at Heidelberg Castle though she does not have to be permanent.
