Dimitri is the Ministry of Admission divisional authority of East Grestin operations and a minor character in Papers, Please. As the M.O.A. Director, Dimitri is the supervisor to the Inspector and often visits to report on his progress and check for unauthorized decor. He also uses his influence over the Inspector to demand that they let his "friend" Shae Piersovska pass the border without the proper papers.
