Johnny Sindacco is a character from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is from the Sindacco family, a mafia family that came from Las Venturas and is settled in Liberty City. He is first seen breaking some of the slot machines in The Four Dragons Casino, but before he is killed by Wu Zi Mu's men, Carl Johnson has another idea. This experience traumatized him and goes into the hospital. When he sees CJ later on in the game, he has a heart attack and dies.
