To get this achievement you need to own the top 5 most expensive cars which are as follows
1964 Ferrari 250 GTO 10000000
1967 Ferrari 330 P4 9000000 Player Level 30 Reward Car
1957 Ferrari 250 TR 8000000
1965 Shelby Cobra Daytona 5000000
1958 Aston Martin DBR1 6000000
As you can see if you bought every one it would set you back 38000000 but the Ferrari 330 P4 is a Player Level 30 reward car so that reduces the amount needed to 29 million

To get this achievement you need to reach 240 MPH in any car An easy way to do this is to use the Bugatti Veyron 164 in a Quick Race in Free Play The track you want to use is the Le Mans Old Mulsanne Circuit since there is a very long straightaway which you can use to go as fast as possible

To unlock this vehicle which is from the Halo series of games in Autovista mode you need to unlock all other cars in Autovista 20 cars You do this by completing their challenges in that mode Make sure to set the difficulty to Easy to make it easier on yourself
