In quest mode start a new game and go down until you see a raft Run over it to get the map

Shoot the crab in the octopus level
Shoot the glass that reveals your target in the stuffed toy levels
Shoot the windows in buildings and cars in the various criminal levels
Shoot Dr Don or Dan in some of the levels where they must be protected
