Romancing Madison
Complete the first few missions in Rome and you should get a phone call from Madison Make sure you use primarily Suave choices in all of your conversations with Madison Choose Madison as your handler for the Investigate Marburgs Villa mission and after returning from the Ruins and Warehouse missions youll find Madison asleep in your bedroom Check on her and continue to use Suave responses to the end
Romancing Mina
Mina has the most choices to impress over the course of the game since you have so many opportunities to talk to her Try and stick to using Professional responses in your conversations with Mina After you have completed all missions in Moscow Taipei and Rome and if your score is high enough with Mina she will appear in your safehouse to talk about the final mission At the end of the conversation with her in your safehouse if the score is high enough you will have the option to kiss her and some more
Romancing Scarlet
You meet Scarlet on a plane which is your first opportunity to talk to her She responds well to Suave and Professional choices going back and forth between the two depending on the tone of the conversation which makes it rather difficult to get her score high Luckily theres another way to befriend her Any Halbech data you obtain through your missions can be sent to Scarlet via email for an extra point for each one you send to her After completing all missions in Moscow Taipei and Rome you will get an opportunity to talk to Scarlet in her room At the end of the conversation if your score is high enough you will get the choice to Stay to trigger the romance
Romancing SIE
Your first encounter with SIE is during the Investigate Weapon Shipments mission in Moscow She likes Aggressive dialog choices as well as when you piss off Marburg She needs to survive the Assault on Braykos Mansion mission and she will be available as a handler during the final mission You MUST choose her as your handler otherwise this romance wont happen During the final mission you find yourself strapped to a table and SIE will have a little talk with you If your score is high enough choose the Might as well option
Veteran Class
Complete the game using the Recruit class to unlock the Veteran class This class starts with three skill points in all categories as well as having Veteran dialog choices during the game
