To get the VIP Rewards you need to have played previous versions of Need for Speed games andor have downloaded the demo for The Run The games that give a bonus are Hot Pursuit World and Shift 2 Unleashed
To unlock these make sure your EA account is the same across all of the games then go to EXTRAS from the main menu of The Run and select VERIFY NEED FOR SPEED VIP STATUS
