Extra Difficulties
You need to complete a campaign mode to unlock the subsequent difficulty There is NO LEVEL REQUIREMENT for these unlocked difficulties contrary to the manual and other previous cheats listed here Simply complete campaign to get access to it
Notes Bronze unlocks nothing You can join open games of higher difficulties providing you are in the hosts set level range and snatch the achievements that way but this will not enable you to play those difficulties yourself as host until you fulfil the requirements below
