You go up on the main bridge and look over to one of you sides it matters which side you are coming from the you hop up on the crates until you get on the right ledge of the bridge then you run at the other side of the bridge and at the last second jump and you are on the roof of the other side i recomend have a water rifle before doing this because it is a good sniping spot Hope this helps
