Having survived the horror of the first zombie infestation on the island resort of Banoi, the survivors thought they had escaped the nightmare. They were wrong.
Shortly after arriving on board a military ship, a storm hits and brings with it a new nightmare. As they make their escape, the survivors find themselves on the jungle island of Palanai, which has flooded and left boats as the only remaining way of transportation.
