A Hat in Time is a platform game developed by Gears for Breakfast for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS via the Windows and Mac App Stores, as well as Steam through Greenlight. Based on the earlier games developed for Nintendo 64, the game was funded through a Kickstarter earning $296,360 of the required $30,000.
The game is based on a young Hat Kid, who is capable of interstellar travel, thanks to her magical hat. The main focus of the game is to keep time from being broken and must collect the time pieces before the Evil Mustache Girl can get them.
