Two buildings, each with its own character; Dr. Vu, an evil criminal who lives in Vu Tower, and causes crime but enhanced profit and industry, and MaxisMan, who lives in Maxis Manor and fights crime when asked to. His mansion is upgraded with points gained from his deeds.
