Tap the painting on the right, the one with the arrows, to zoom in. That will be your clue. Zoom out.
Press the right arrow. You can see 100/2 = 50.0. That serves as your clue.
You can see numbers inside the frames. Divide it all by 2, so 1/2 = 5, 2/2 = 1.0, 3/2 = 1.5, 4/2 = 2.0, 5/2 = 2.5. Which of them have the .0 ending? 2 and 4 right? That will be your first clue number: 24. Check the objects below it, count them = 4, that will be your second clue number: 4.
Press the left arrow. Check the painting in the middle. You can see day and night. We have 24hours in a day, divide it by two. We have 12hours of night and day. Third clue number: 12.
Press the left arrow. Tap the painting to zoom in. Count all the birds and fishes (10 = birds, 21 fish). Since they are hungry birds (not angry birds mind you), so 21 - 10 = 11. Total number of fishes is 11. Fourth clue number: 1011. Zoom out.
Press the left arrow. Tap the keypad in the middle of the door to zoom in. Key in the numbers you've got: 244121011.
