- Tap on the down arrow. Tap the book shelf on the left to zoom in. Tap the red book on top. Take note of the clue: 1 chair, 2 clock, 3 teddy bear, 4 planks, 5 mail box, 6 book. Zoom out.
- Press the right arrow. Check the fallen chair you will see a roman numeral IX on its back = number 9. Zoom out.
- Press the down button. Tap the grandfather's clock to zoom in. The time is 8 o'clock = number 8. Zoom out.
- Still infront of the grandfather's clock, See the teddy bear? The only teddy bear so that's 1 = number 1. Zoom out.
- Press the right button. See the 4 planks? There you go 4 planks = number 4. Zoom out.
- Press the down button. Tap the blue mail box to zoom in. That is your number 7. Zoom out.
- Lastly check your inventory. You have 1 book. There you go number 1. Zoom out.
- Press the left button. Tap the safe to zoom in and key in the numbers you got (9,8,1,4,7,1). Get the pliers. Zoom out.
- Press the left button. Tap the bookshelf. See the potruding metal wire? Equip your pliers and tap on it. Get the item. Zoom out.
- Press the down button. Zoom in the mailbox. Equip the metal wire, double tap it to zoom in. Equip your pliers, tap on it to make it bend. Use the bended metal wire to get the item in the mailbox. Tap on the hole above to get the key. Zoom out.
- Use the key to open the door. Welcome to level 8.
