Meet Jake, an inspiring graffiti artist, solid skater and an epic surfer! Jake is working on a masterpiece when a train conductor catches him during the act. From that point onwards the surfing begins – control Jake to help him outrun the conductor and his mad Pitbull. Use all kinds of cool power ups such as Jet Pack or hovering skateboard to run and surf on top of moving trains and metallic train tracks, but remember you can’t get caught!

The Basics
Subway Surfers is made up of missions with one simple goal – escape the fearsome inspector and his frightening Pitbull dog.
The game plays as an on-rail platformer, in the same style as Temple Run, but with some small twists. Instead of having sharp corners and fast flying tree branches or rocks, like Temple Run, the game has replaced them with tight curves and three lines of movement, rather than the traditional one, and other obstacles that must be avoided.
While the idea of collecting coins for an on-rails platformer is not new, these are not simply counted at the end of the level for points, but are also used to upgrade your character's gear and make him an even better subway surfer.
Power-Ups
As you collect coins, you can gain power-ups that will help your subway surfer escape and gather even more coins. There are all kinds of power-ups and they can get and upgrade.
- Sneakers are probably the most fun for those that want to add on to the challenge because they make you a tad faster when you get them.
- The jetpack is used to give you that extra jump for those hard to reach coins.
