Deus Ex: Human Defiance was recently trademarked by Square Enix. While it could be a complete spin-off or a movie adaption of the franchise (since one is said to be in the works), it is more likely that Human Defiance is a sequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution. and carries on the story of protagonist Adam Jensen.
