Cryamore is an action/adventure game with role playing elements set on the fictional Noka Island. Players control Esmyrelda Maximus, better known as Esmy, an intelligent, spunky individual who is adept at inventing things using the energy resource called Cryamore.
Esmy is tasked with finding out why the Cryamore resource is dwindling in supply and resolve the issue before it's completely depleted.

Gameplay in Cryamore is a mix of puzzles, action gameplay, adventuring and role playing, with plenty of optional side quests thrown in for good measure.
Elements
Cryamore's gameplay is strongly based around various elements found in the game world that allow Esmy to use certain abilities.
There are eight key known elements in the world of Cryamore: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Light, Shadow, Space, Time, as well as a single mystery element that has yet to be revealed.
Each element has various abilities for Esmy to use (in total there are 81 different abilities in the game) in order to progress through the game. One early and simplistic example given is of using the Fire elements to melt a wall of ice which is blocking Esmy's way.
For more information, see the Elements section.
Weapons
Cryamore's combat is real-time, action based, where the play uses a mixture of Elemental Abilities and weapons. Players pick a single weapon style for their playthroughs, selecting from a sword, axe, spear, and crossbow.
For a detailed look at each weapon style, check out the Weapons section.
Enemies
Cryamore will feature a variety of different enemies, or mobs, some of which require Esmy to utilize various elemental abilities in order to defeat them. Others will only appear at certain times of the day or night.
Players will also be able to collect information on the monsters they come across in the game in their bestiaries.
Items
There will also be all manner of items to find and collect, ranging from collectible action figures, to nourishing food, to weapon skills scrolls and stat bonuses.
Some of these can also be purchased from stores in the game world. A word of warning, however: the game has an internal clock, so if you approach a shop during the night don't expect it to be open!
