Sayle is a Fairy that is acquired as part of Lola's first sidequest. After learning about the Fury at Yatagan Lava Flows and visiting it once, go back to Zelwinds and you can get info about another Fury at Sol Plains. Go to the second area, where you will have to fight Neo Eligos. Win the battle and you'll receive Sayle afterwards.
