There is a ladder to the right most corner of the screen. Go to it and pick up the hammer lying next to it. Next, climb up the ladder to find a vent on the wall. Use the hammer to break open the vent. There is a piece of cable inside along with the number “1” written in Red. Take the cable and remember the number with its color. Now climb back down and go to the table right next to ladder. There are some tools lying on it. Move the saw to reveal the number “0” written in White. You need to remember this number and its color as well. Next, you need to turn the handle of the Green machine lying to the left. As you do this, you will see the number “5”, written in Green, appear. Remember this number and its color as well. The last hidden number is the number “3”, written in Red, on top of the elevator.
Now you have the following numbers:

3 Red
There is a Red tool drawer by the Green machine. Go to it and zoom into its numpad. You need to change the number 1 to red, 3 to red, 5 to green, and 0 to white. Pressing the buttons changes the colors. Press 1 twice, 3 twice, 5 once, and 0 four times to unlock the drawer. Once unlocked, you can take the screwdriver from inside it and go to the elevator button. Use the screwdriver to unscrew the 4 screws of button panel. Inside, you will find a broken cable. Use the cable you found earlier to complete the connection. As you do this, the elevator doors will open and you can escape this floor.
