Go to the right at the beginning of this chapter and you'll come to a waterfall. Unfold the platform in the waterfall to build a platform that you will come to shortly. The next area you'll come to will be the next puzzle, where you will need to manipulate the areas to allow stairs to appear, with the ultimate goal of reaching the upper left corner.

In the next area, pull down the sections to form a bridge that you can cross, where you'll find the pillar of light you made appear earlier. For this section, you'll see three screens, one with a waterfall with an item there, one with a pagoda and one with a big bell.
Go inside of the pagoda and slide the door to reveal a window with some greenish scenery in the background. Now, exit the pagoda and go to the bell, tapping on it and then folding the screen from the left to make the game's world all greenish like you saw before.
Back at the pogoda, slide the door to the right again to see a rotating dial puzzle, as well as the window revealing a wintry background. There's nothing you can do about the puzzle now, so exit and go to the bell again. Tap it to ring it, then turn the page from the right twice to make the scenery turn to winter.
With it now winter, you can go to the area to the left of the pagoda and grab the dial puzzle piece from the waterfall, since the river is now frozen. Go back to the pagoda and place the missing piece into the puzzle, then turn the rings until it looks like the image below.
When you have solved the puzzle, open the door to reveal some bells and an autumnal scene in the window. Back at the bell, ring it again and slide the page from the left to go back to the autumn scene. Once again, go back to the pagoda and enter the light in the top right, where you'll see the pagoda with eight bells hanging from it.
You'll need to ring all eight bells hanging from the pagoda within about 3 seconds, so make sure you use all your fingers or even have someone else helping if you can't get it in time. If successful, you'll hear a big gong sound and you can go back inside the pagoda.
Here, slide the door open with the bells to reveal another door with a flower symbol. Go back outside and there should now be a light outside of a door with the same flower symbol. Inside, grab the pink flower and you'll be transported to the tree again. Place the flower onto the tree to finish this chapter.
