Walk to the right and you'll be at a river, where you can unfold from the right side to make two light pillars appear, so go in the left one for now. Climb the stairs and use that light pillar, then on the next screen, use the light pillar in the back to appear on the other side of the river from the first set.
You should now appear on a screen with a cave, where you can slide a portion of the wall. Slide it to the right, enter the cave and then slide it to the left. Go through the cave and you'll appear at another stairs puzzle like in the Mountain Chapter. You can follow the images below to solve the puzzle.

Once complete, move to the left and into the cave. You should now be at some docks, where you see a broken boat and some wooden pieces in the water. Get close enough so the camera zooms in on the wood, and drag the pieces to fit the holes on the boat. Unfold the screen from the right to reveal a working boat.
Get in the boat and double tap the screen to sail, with your goal to go to the right. Keep going until you pass a lighthouse and see a fire in the background. You need to drag the flame to the unlit beacons, with there being a total of 8. You are only able to get 7 for now, though.
To start off, drag the lit one to the two unlit on the left, then continue sailing right. Drag the previously lit flame to the two on the right and sail right again. Here, you'll need to slide the screen to the left, light the unlit beacon, then slide it back to light the beacon after sailing right. This should be the 7th beacon lit now, meaning there's one more.
For now, keep sailing right until you get to a shipwreck, docking underneath it. Notice the symbol near the top of it, as you're going to be needing it soon. Go into the light pillar and slide the page over, allowing yourself to go deep into the ship (there will be three more symbols to keep an eye out for, two of which are only visible mid-fold).
| Given the Japanese theme for the game, the following puzzle uses the kanji for the numbers 1-10 as its clues and solution, which were the symbols seen throughout the ship that you should have noted. Below is a chart that shows the numbers and their respective kanji.

As you go through the ship, you will eventually reach two puzzles, one of which has symbols and the other being a rotating dial puzzle. Using the above chart, the solution for the symbol puzzle translates as 3-5-9-4 (the image below also shows the solution). For the rotating dial one, you need to rotate them until it appears as the image below.

Solving the above two puzzles will earn you a cog, which will be used to help light the eighth and final beacon. Exit the ship and go back to your own, sailing back to the lighthouse you passed earlier. Enter it and move to the side where you can see a spot to place the cog you got earlier.
Put the cog in and rotate it to reveal the last beacon on top of the building. Move to the left a bit until you see the lit torch, then light the unlit beacon and go back to your ship. Sail to the right and you should see rope that became lit when you lit the beacons. This is actually a cave and you should slide open its door to head inside.
Inside, go to the right and use the light to head to another area. Dock the boat and use the light to head inside the building, where you'll find another light that allows you to appear on the other side of the building. You should see two statues, with dials underneath that can be turned. Do that to move the statues out of the way, revealing a switch that can be pulled down.
When you pull down both switches behind the statues, head back inside the building and you can slide open the door in the back. Head through that door and then go into the building in between the statues, where you'll be presented with a puzzle. You'll see four columns with the kanji for numbers.
You must count the number of times these symbols appear inside and outside of the building, with some symbols appearing in the middle of folding a page. If you don't feel like checking, the first column will be 4, the second 8, the third 10 and the last column being 5 (use the table above for the respective character).
Inputting the correct solution to the puzzle will reveal a sword, which you will take. This sword goes into the statue on the right from before, but you don't have to place it there right now. Go back to your boat and you can slide open the cave entrance underneath the building. Inside will be another puzzle.
For this puzzle, you will need to spin the dog statues around so that they are a mirror image of each other. When it is correct, you will be able to grab the shield. Go back to the statues and place the shield on the left one and the sword on the right. Grab the flower from the now opened door and place it on the tree to finish the game.
