Tips and Strategies
Listen to the guard's messages
This is the game's basic tutorial, pretty much, as the guard gives hints as to how to play the game, and tips as to how you can survive. "Gotta conserve power." You probably know what that means if you've played the game, but if not, then read on.
Save as much power as you can.
Don't waste time and power trying to focus on looking at the cameras. Just peek at them and quickly go back to check on the doors and just flicker the lights on and off to see if either Bonnie or Chica are there. Look at the cameras for too long and you can expect a jumpscare when you close them.
If there is one creature you'll have to focus on, it's Foxy. Keep peeking at his camera and once you see a sign saying "It's me" and you hear running footsteps then quickly get off the cameras and close the door on the left, since he always goes there. He'll be there knocking for a while, but as soon as the knocking stops, open the door so you can save power. Aim to save at least 50% power by 3AM and you'll (most likely) have no trouble getting to 6AM.
Be closer to your enemies.
By repeatedly playing, you can study each of the animatronics's movements by looking at the camera frequently in short durations. I would suggest only looking out for Foxy and Freddy more cautiously, since Bonnie and Chica don't attack immediately. You can see them by the door if you use the lights frequently, giving you a chance to close the door on them.
Foxy and Freddy however, can be quite annoying. Foxy only stays at Pirate Cove, so you'll only have to watch if he's there or not. Freddy is an even more challenging creature. He can creep up to you and attack without you noticing if your doors are open, so make sure to keep an eye out for him too. If the poster on camera 2B turns yellow, then prepare for him.
0% power - what am I supposed to do?
Nothing. Nothing at all. Don't press anything, and don't move. I'm not telling you to just wait and prepare for the inevitable jumpscare, I'm telling you to stop moving when you see Freddy's glowing eyes. He usually takes a longer time to come and attack you if you don't move. Just sit down and enjoy Freddy's music, and hope that it'll be 6AM by the time his song ends.
Always use your headphones
Aside from the cameras, the sounds you hear may help you survive a night. For example, hearing a deep laugh would mean Freddy is getting nearer, which means you'll have to stay alert for him in the cameras near you so he can't sneak up behind you and attack you. Also, Foxy's running footsteps can be quite surprising, and you need to be quick, because in a few seconds, if you don't close the door, Foxy will stuff you in an animatronic suit, and that wouldn't be fun now would it?
Watch little Foxy please
Keeping Foxy in the Pirate Cove is tricky, since if you don't check up on him at all, he becomes active and will go to your office for the kill. However, he doesn't like being checked up on as well; he'll do the same if you "stare" at him for too long. Just take a peek at him periodically, but don't forget that there are other animatronics around too. Get too focused on Foxy and you'll eventually be hanging out with Bonnie and Chica.
If Foxy is out of the room, stay calm and do not panic. He will take some time before he rushes to your office if you don't look at the left hallway camera, where you will see him sprinting. If he's not in the Pirate Cove, put the tablet down and quickly close the left door. He will knock on the door, and note that he takes away at least 6-7% of your power. To avoid losing more power, once the knocking stops, raise the door. Flash the lights though, someone else might be waiting for you outside...
