Be Methodical
I recommend fully exploring the rooftops while taking on the three gangs By the time you finish off the last boss you should have around 400 orbs and 4 stars in your agility skill Now comes the hard part start with the third island and break it into sections Get to a decent height and use the sniper rifle to scan each side of each building Yes its slow going but its way too easy to miss one or two orbs Usually you will find that when you discover one orb there are two or three more nearby because you just never came to that specific spot
Bonuses
The only cars that change are the Agency Supercar Agency SUV and Agency Truck Cab Whenever you reach level 4 in your driving status and the car has evolved completely major changes in performance occur
TMar
The Agency Supercars horn is replaced with a heavy machine gun Press B to use it The Agency SUVs horn is replaced with a powerful hydraulic system allowing it to jump Press B for a short time and release to jump effortlessly The Agency Truck Cabs horn is replaced with a powerful nitrous boost that can cause it to plow through anything Hold B to plow through all who stand in your way
Complete all Rooftop Races
The races take you past a lot of orbs so do all 14 races to help easy collecting
Drive up walls
The Agency SUV can drive up walls when you hold B Its wheels must be vertical against the wall
Easy first place in Street Racing
At the beginning of the race get out of your car and go to the nearest corner that has cement blocks Grab the cement blocks and create a sort of barrier in the middle of the road stack them if possible This makes it almost impossible for your opponent racers to go past that point Shortly afterwards they will all crash and pile up Once all of them are piled up shoot the gas tank of one of the cars A chain reaction will occur and all the racers will be dead You are now the only one remaining in the race

Fish In A Barrel
On Volk Island theres a barge the floating structure thats closest to you as you look at the final boss house from the closest Supply Point Kill all the enemies that are hanging around on the barge As you walk from the front to the back of the barge theres a door to your left under the crossbar Enemies will spawn inside the room and emerege to fight you As you pass the door you have to walk all the way past it the first wave will come Kill them Stand there and face the door When the next wave of enemies emerges inside the room your reticle will go red and the red dots will pop up on the HUD When the door opens shoot a hothead round or lob a grenade in there and they all die After a couple waves the bodies pile up and prop the door open letting you throw grenades in as soon as you see them spawn inside the room This will continue for about 10 or so waves of enemies and then theyll stop Head back to the supply point and reload then go back and do it all over again and again I was able to max out my explosives and firearms abilities using this method in a relatively short amount of time Had I had the patience I probably could have done the same with the strength ability This also can get you the mad bomber achievment
Fixed damaged agent vehicle
Note Your driving stats must be 1 or higher Whenever your agent vehicle is ugly and heavily damaged simply step out of it and allow it to return to its normal form Then step back in and all the dents and damage are gone However the vehicles health remains the same
Rubber duck
In Sheigen there is a hotel on the west side of the Island called The Daisy Chain If you enter Sheigen from the Los Muertos side it is between the two highways At the top of this hotel is a pool In the pool is a rubber duck toy You can throw the toy at people and it will make a squeaky sound like a real rubber duck toy
Token Collecting
With my agility token count at 495 out of 500 I thought Id share a couple of tips This is one of the tougher achievements to get considering it will take a lot of dedication and exploration But if you get Crackdown honestly this is the only thing that will keep you playing past hour 10
