Hirohide Sugiura is the co-founder, along with director Tetsuya Takahashi, of Monolith Soft. After leaving Squaresoft, the two teamed up, along with investement from Namco, to start the company and begin work on the Xenosaga series.
Sugiura has many credits under his belts as a producer, includeing Xenoblade Chronicles, Project X Zone, and the upcoming X.
