Patrice Désilets was a creative director at Ubisoft Montreal. He was one of the first employees at Ubisoft's Montreal Studio, and was instrumental in the creation of the Assassin's Creed series. In 2010 he left Ubisoft Montreal to work at THQ's new studio in the same city.
When THQ closed in 2013, the Montreal studio was purchased by Ubisoft. In May 2013, Désilets left Ubisoft again when discussions with the company on aligning their visions proved inconclusive.
Désilets earned a bachelor’s degree in film studies and literature at University of Montreal.
