Pretty sure there is no cross-platform play with GTA Online.

The tank goes to your Hangar at Los Santos Airport. Buzzard Attack Heli goes to Helipad near the marina. Most others go to your Garage

if you have messed up a car to the point of no return and cant start it back up but wish to keep it switch characters for only a moment then switch back and your car will be like new again

It would be annoying and useless.

It is believed not, It was rumoured by one of the producers/team to be possible, but it was a spit ball idea, and was actually brought up when talking about how real can you make a game before real world problems become no longer fun but irritating. so very very unlikely to be in it.

I highly doubt that there will be 700+ missions available in the main storyline for GTA V. In San Andreas, there were 105 missions, of which some were optional and in GTA IV, I'm sure there wasn't even that many required to finish the story.
