Off palameo cove get the cross hairs to go up from the spur of land abd tge across under the customs shop, this should mark you a location at sea. Go there and dive under to find a wreck of a plane, at the tail end of it on the floor yiu will find a case with 12 grand collect it then switch to another character then immediatley switch back the case is still there and oxeygen is full again I git 200 grand before I got bored but it works
