MMA fighter Felice Herrig believes that Cassie Cage, a new character that is introduced to the Mortal Kombat series in Mortal Kombat X, has been made using her likeness.
Herrig at first thought it was just a slightly funny coincidence, but as NetherRealm Studios released more and more promotional images for Cassie a pattern started to emerge - not only does the character of Cassie Cage look remarkably similar, but promotional images makes use of poses and imagery that Herrig has frequently used as well (see image above).
