Activision and developer Robomodo have announced Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 in the latest issue of GameInformer. The game will reportedly return the series to its roots and will feature gameplay from the first few games in the series.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 features a whole new set of levels that can be completed solo or online with friends, either cooperatively or competitively. It also features Tony Hawk and a number of other famous skateboarders, including Nyjah Huston, Aaron Homoki, Ishod Wair, Riley Hawk, and more.
The game will also introduce new game modes, power-ups, and the ability to shoot projectiles. The characters will also level up over time.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 will release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year. A PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version will follow at a later date.
