Given that Bethesda is hosting an E3 conference for the first time ever this year, the gaming community has understandably come to expect some pretty major gaming announcements from the company, most notably Fallout 4.
However, if the anonymous sources quoted by German gaming site PC Games are to be believed then Fallout 4 will not be officially unveiled at the conference. Instead, Bethesda will apparently show a lengthy demo to press behind-closed-doors.
Assuming the rumour is true, then from a publicity standpoint this comes across as a bad move - fan expectation of a Fallout 4 reveal is running pretty high, and the fact that Bethesda has done little to quash these expectations ahead of time will almost certainly backfire if the title does not make a public appearance.
