Ark: Survival Evolved Knocks Rocket League Off the Top of the Steam Sales Chart

Rocket League has finally been knocked off the top of the weekly Steam sales chart (weekending 22nd August).

The game, which had spent five straight weeks at the top of the chart, was dethroned by another hit title that is itself no stranger to topping the charts - Ark: Survival Evolved, which received a discount this week.

Indeed, discounts were the name of the game this past week, lifting Counter-Strike: Global Offensive up two spots to second, and causing Zombie Army Trilogy (which also received a free Left 4 Dead-themed update) and both versions of Payday 2 to rocket back up the charts.

Rocket League and Grand Theft Auto V both rode out the discounts other titles received decently, claiming third and fourth, respectively.
