More information regarding the upcoming Nintendo 3DS game The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes has been released by Nintendo on the Japanese website for the game, and handily translated by Perfectly Nintendo.
The game will consist of 32 levels divided into eight areas that have specific themes. Nine weapons will be available in total, however each level will only include three of these for each of the players.
Here is the full list of weapons:
The Sword
The Bow
The Bombs
The Hookshot
The Boomerang
The Fire Gloves (allows you to throw fire)
The Water Rod (allows you to make pillars of water)
The Wind Jar (allows you to use gusts of wind to move things… including your teammates!)
The Hammer (allows you to activated switch, but also break pillar of ice)
The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes also includes a challenge system, so you can replay levels but with certain limitations or challenges imposed upon you, such as having fewer hearts or being chased by a Wallmaster. Doing so will reward you with rare materials.
Versus mode, Boss Rush mode, and a Daily Luck game are also designed to provide additional replayability and another means of collecting materials. You'll also be able to take screenshots and post them onto the Miiverse.
The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes is set to be released on October 22nd in Japan and on October 23rd in North America and Europe.
