Last week, Io-Interactive delayed Hitman until next March. The developer has now announced a firm release date of March 11th for the initial launch content.
This initial launch content includes three locations - Paris, Sapienza, and Marrakesh - and six campaign missions. In Contracts mode there will be a combined pool of about 800 targets that you will be able to craft your Contracts from.
New sandbox locations will then be released in April, May, and June. These will add new missions, signature kills, Contract targets, disguises, weapons, and different ways to take out targets.
The April sandbox location will take place in Thailand; the May location will be in the US; and the June location will feature Japan.
The full game is priced at $59.99 and this includes all of the DLC that is currently planned to be released. Alternatively you can purchase the Hitman Intro Pack for $34.99, which includes the base game but none of the DLC. Anyone who purchases the Intro Pack can pay an extra $29.99 to gain access to all of the DLC.
