Former Dead Island 2 developers have opened up their own independent studio, called InBetweenGames.
The studio's first game is called The Mammoth: A Cave Painting and it is already available for free on iOS, Android, and web browsers.
The studio is already hard at work on multiple prototypes for its first major release, which is expected to launch fall 2016. No other details on its next game have been provided.
